About the Role

As a consultant, you’ll work with motivated real estate investors actively searching to buy triple net properties (e.g., Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, AutoZone, Dollar General). You will receive high-quality leads and be responsible for :

• Immediate Follow-Up : Contacting prospects within one hour of receiving a lead.
• Building Rapport : Introducing yourself and the company, explaining how we work, and identifying client needs.
• Tailored Property Recommendations : Understanding the client's investment goals, timeline, and budget, then sending curated property lists for review.

Training Provided : You will have access to training materials, including sample calls, to help you excel.

Earnings Potential

Our commission structure is highly rewarding, with consultants earning 25% of the total commission per transaction .

Note : Transactions typically take 45–60 days to close. While it takes time to establish your pipeline, your income potential grows significantly once deals start closing.
