75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
- Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes
- Manage all aspects of the transaction process
- Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Host team open houses monthly
- Manage work-flow, calendar, and time-block efficiently
- Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings
