Global Real Estate Manager
As a Global Real Estate Manager here at Honeywell, you will be striving to drive change across a diverse real estate portfolio, through pro-active portfolio management. Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate Real Estate process Develop real estate strategy Define and optimize space requirements Design workplace strategies Oversee site selection, negotiation, tenant improvements Oversee a team of worldclass RE professionals Manage flawless execution of RE strategy Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery Interface with Government and regulatory entities Communicate with all levels of business leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business, or Management. Significant experience with a diverse Real Estate Portfolio Proven track record of successful leadership of teams Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions Strong analytical ability Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Strong level of customer service skills and professionalism Leads and solves complex organizational problems Extensive influencing and collaborative skills Mentor new team members or peers
