Job Description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our team at Zeo Energy as a Funding Agent. In this role, you will ensure the seamless funding for accounts from Notice to Proceed through Final Authorization. This position requires proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, sales partners, operations teams, and other stakeholders. The Funding Agent must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering elite levels of customer service within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure each project has all necessary documents and accurate information, addressing any potential issues or delays, then submit following financier’s strict requirements and deadlines
• Manage funding change orders that are a result of adjusted system requirements or deviations at install, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to move projects efficiently to final funding
• Manage funding rejections by working closely with the operations and field teams to fix issues in a timely manner and manage resubmittals to receive final funding
