Compensation :

87,500 - $186,400 yearly

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough research on potential residential properties and local communities to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers in La Jolla, CA, US

Promptly coordinate showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers in the La Jolla area

Accompany the lead agent in presenting suitable residential properties to buyers based on their preferences and budget, ultimately contributing to increased sales in La Jolla, CA, US

Guide clients in determining appropriate offer prices and support them through the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction experience in La Jolla, CA, US

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to calls, texts, and emails from potential buyers interested in residential properties in La Jolla, CA, US

Follow up on leads and actively generate new leads to boost sales of residential properties in La Jolla, CA, US

Efficiently schedule appointments and conduct consultations with potential buyers in La Jolla, CA, US

Close sales of residential properties in a professional and effective manner in La Jolla, CA, US

Qualifications :

The role requires a substantial amount of time spent driving in your own vehicle.

Proficiency in CRM and marketing / lead technologies is preferred, or a quick ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
