Aon is looking for an Analyst, US Real Estate Research Team in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL

Our global manager research team comprises over 50 specialists, including more than 20 focused on private markets. Aon advises on over $100 billion of private markets assets globally.

As an Analyst within Aon's US Real Estate Research Team, you will provide essential support in researching and analysing real estate funds, monitoring investments, and assisting with client deliverables. You will work as part of a collaborative team, gaining exposure to private markets research and advisory work, with opportunities to contribute across infrastructure and private equity.

Currently, this is a hybrid role with three days mandatory in office but is subject to change.

What the day will look like

On a typical day, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to gather and analyse data on real estate funds, prepare materials for client meetings, and help monitor ongoing investments. You'll have the chance to interact with fund managers, contribute to team discussions, and support a variety of projects across private markets-ensuring your work is both dynamic and rewarding.

• Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data on real estate funds and managers.
• Support the team in preparing due diligence reports and client materials.
• Monitor fund performance and help maintain internal databases and records.
• Liaise with fund managers, internal teams, and occasionally clients to gather necessary information.
• Contribute to broader private markets projects as required.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $75,000 to $101,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
