Bain Capital Summer Analyst

The Summer Analyst role is a 10-week Boston-based opportunity. Bain Capital professionals are exposed to a broad set of situations and companies, and systematically develop skills as a value-added investor - not just a financial engineer. Summer Analysts will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities through the application of fundamental strategic analysis in addition to the more traditional financial modeling.

Ideal candidates will have a strong academic record. Candidates should exhibit the following skills and / or experiences :

• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively
• Excellent academic record from a top undergraduate school

Expected Weekly Base Salary : $2,100

This is the expected weekly base salary range for this position. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
