Job Type and Duration : Contract to hire
Our client, a global EPC Firm, is hiring a Real Estate Document Control Specialist for a long-term contract in Kansas City, MO.
The real estate document control specialist will assist the document control team and Project Managers to deliver quality materials and accurately managing information to real estate projects. This role will focus on managing documentation and workflows in support of real estate transactions, property records, and project coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Set up, manage and assist with the documentation process for multiple small and large real estate projects
- Collaborates to set-up the standards and procedures for the team.
- Communicates document system procedures with team members.
- Coordinates documents with multiple engineers for project needs.
- Compiles electronic project data books.
- Issues transmittals to clients and vendors.
- Processes vendor submittals.
- Packages electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal needs.
- Notifies appropriate person of troubleshooting issues regarding vendors and clients related to document control.
- Monitors and document workflows for timely completion and accuracy of project documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the project and real estate documentation process
- Complies with all policies and standards
Job Requirements :
Travel less than 25%. Must have a valid DL.
This position is eligible for flex 9 / 80 schedule. If the selected candidate wants / interested in working the flex 9 / 80, they must work the traditional work schedule first. It will be up to managers approval and discretion which if they will work Schedule A or Schedule B.
