Role
They are hiring TWO dedicated Real Estate Paralegals to oversee the preparation and management of documents for various real estate transactions across multiple states. This position requires handling legal paperwork, conducting due diligence, and assisting attorneys with a range of commercial projects. This is a hybrid role in the Laguna / Dana Point area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track documents for multi-state real estate transactions, including agreements, leases, and deeds.
- Draft and manage additional real estate documents like escrow instructions, easements, and closing certificates.
- Handle corporate tasks such as entity formation, obtaining EINs, and drafting governance documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence, including ordering and reviewing title reports, surveys, and insurance documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys on daily issues and support commercial transactions.
