POSITION PURPOSE : As a Real Estate Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property acquisitions and data teams. This role requires a combination of strong market research skills, analytical skills and the ability to leverage technology such as SQL databases (Azure & PostgreSQL) and Python programs. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying property opportunities, and helping shape our acquisition strategy across various regions. In addition, you will use basic sales skills to initiate contact with potential sellers. This is a great entry level role if you are new to the CRE industry and are looking to gain some experience in private equity
