Real Estate Attorney
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with strong transactional or mixed real estate experience to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate matters within a collaborative, business-minded environment. The firm welcomes both mid-level and senior attorneys seeking to advance their practice or take on greater leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Handle all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and closing documents.
- Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and resolve complex title and closing issues.
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, land use, and real estate investment strategies.
- Work closely with developers, investors, lenders, and business owners to achieve successful project outcomes.
- (For senior-level candidates) Opportunity to lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development and mentorship initiatives.
