Job Title : Real Estate Paralegal

Location : Kansas City, MO

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote)

Compensation : 100-120k base

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a leading organization in Louisville, KY. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders on real estate transactions, property management, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and resolve title issues.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, lenders, and other parties.
• Maintain and organize real estate files and databases for properties and transactions.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Support internal teams with property-related inquiries and documentation.

Additional Information :

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
