Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Boston . This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional real estate attorney looking to take the next step in their career while working on sophisticated matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts .
- 2+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions .
- Proven experience handling purchase and sale agreements , property management agreements , and leasing agreements .
- Joint venture experience is preferred , as well as borrower-side financing experience .
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently and cultivate meaningful client relationships.
- Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's growing national practice.
- Strong law firm or clerking experience preferred.
