This is a 100% commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Commit weekly time to lead generation and follow-up
• Help clients identify homes that match their needs, goals, and budgets
• Write, submit, and negotiate offersProvide clear feedback to guide buyer decision-making
• Host open houses and represent listings professionally
• Attend team meetings, script practice, and ongoing training
• Track activity and pipeline using our CRM
