Our national client is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their dynamic and growing Real Estate Practice in one of their Boston, Connecticut, or New York office locations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated attorney with substantial experience in commercial real estate to join a highly collaborative and accomplished team.

Practice Areas : Real Estate, with a focus on Commercial Leasing, Franchise and Distribution, and Corporate Real Estate

Experience Level : 5-10 years

Responsibilities :

• Represent companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and handle the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
• Work on franchisee representation, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers.
• Manage acquisitions of assets and general corporate tasks related to real estate transactions.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5-10 years in real estate law, with substantial experience in commercial leasing and a strong background in corporate real estate matters.

Skills : Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills, especially for commercial leases; strong communication skills.

Education : Excellent academic credentials.

Attributes : Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Base Pay Range : $185,000 - $230,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
