Responsibilities :

Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.

Evaluate properties to establish current market values using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Making on-site visits, inspecting and measuring properties, and interviewing clients.

Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices.

Deliver high levels of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
