Compensation :

75,000 commission only

Responsibilities :

On-the-job training provided

Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team

Work with qualified buyers or sellers

Consult with prospective buyers and sellers in order to help them achieve their real estate goals

Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details

Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our mission statement and core values

Cultivate and build client relationships for life

6+ months of training provided

Shadowing and mentoring provided

On-the-job training provided

Market knowledge preferred

Qualifications :

A real estate license is required

Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company

Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively

Outstanding customer service skills are a must

Attention to Detail and Persistence are necessary skills

A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their real estate goals

Effectively work with operations to ensure top-level service for clients

Must possess excellent listening skills and empathy for others
