Your Role as a Real Estate Account Executive
As a Real Estate Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of industry innovation, armed with robust insights into business risks and their financial implications. Your primary responsibilities will include executing services, developing a strong client portfolio, and leveraging effective sales strategies to manage and enhance client relationships.
What We're Looking For
If you possess a strong background with the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
- 7+ years of experience in insurance brokerage with a focus on a substantial real estate portfolio, including large accounts like hotels, commercial offices, subsidized housing, and market-rate apartments.
- Comprehensive understanding of complex insurance structures, including shared and layered property towers, excess liability towers, and allocated billing processes.
- A collaborative approach to work with Account Managers, sharing insights and supporting clients in risk-prone areas such as coastal zones, convective storms, and tornado-prone regions.
- Exceptional abilities in risk assessment, including reviewing loss experiences, analyzing cash flows, and delivering tailored solutions while clearly communicating impacts and negotiating coverage across various product lines.
- A proven track record of creating and overseeing growth and retention strategies, cultivating client relationships, and addressing issues with integrity.
Additional Qualifications (Optional)
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, or the willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
- A degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional designations like CIC, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CRIS, or RPLU related to Property & Casualty.
- Experience with agency management systems, particularly Applied Epic.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, both local and long-distance.

The base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100, with decisions based on experience, skills, training, and education. This position may also offer performance-based incentives.
