Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Real Estate Analyst to join our corporate office in Houston, TX.

Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States.

The Real Estate Analyst plays a key role in evaluating market trends, financial performance, and investment opportunities. They are responsible for preparing detailed reports, financial models, and market analyses to support decision-making for buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties. The role requires a mix of analytical skills, market knowledge, and financial modeling.

Entry level candidates who hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university are encouraged to apply. This position is geared towards individuals with strong analytical skills interested in beginning a career in real estate analysis or commercial brokerage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred
• 0-2 years of work experience in multifamily or commercial real estate (preferred)
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines
