Job Description
We are looking to hire an accomplished real estate attorney with five to ten years of relevant experience.
Your Role
Legal Advice : Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Collaboration : Partner with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants to understand client objectives, provide legal advice and ensure client satisfaction.
Due Diligence : Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments.
Compliance : Ensure clients adhere to all applicable real estate, title, and zoning laws / regulations.
Relationship Management : Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Five to ten years of relevant c ommercial real estate experience
Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, expertise in real estate transactions, development and financing, and familiarity with land use and zoning compliance
Licensed : Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
Client-Centric : Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
Productive : Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
Articulate : Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
Flexible : Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Autonomy : Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
Driven : Show initiative and seek responsibility
