The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. 36,000 - $52,000 with bi-annual reviews
Responsibilities :
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner - sellers inbound and fill out web forms 7 days a week
- Relentless follow-up with sellers to close deals quickly and nurture ones that aren't ready
- Manage a pipeline of sellers who are interested in selling their properties from first touch to signing of a contract
- Go on seller appointments to properties in the greater Chicagoland area
- Analyze and underwrite property values with extreme accuracy
- Prepare and send contracts to sellers
