Our client's firm is a well-established law firm specializing in workers’ rights and employment law. We are committed to providing exceptional representation for injured workers seeking compensation for workplace injuries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growing team.

Position Overview :

As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney , you will manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims, representing clients through all stages of the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers’ compensation law and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including filing claims, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements.
Represent clients in administrative hearings and appeals before workers’ compensation boards.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their workers’ compensation rights and options.
Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents related to workers’ compensation claims.
Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases for clients.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active member of the State Bar in good standing.

At least 3+ of experience as a Workers’ Compensation Attorney or in a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation and litigation skills with a client-focused approach.
