Real Estate Salesperson Intern Program

Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Location : Houston, Texas

Hours : Flexible; Full-time or Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)

Compensation : C ommission Only opportunities are available if licensed.

Program Overview :

Launch your career in real estate with an immersive internship at the Diamond Alliance Group! This six-week program is designed to give you hands-on experience across all aspects of residential real estate, from marketing and client management to sales and operational tasks. Interns will gain valuable, real-world skills and work closely with experienced agents, making this a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future in real estate.

Throughout the internship, you’ll engage in diverse activities, including drafting contracts, managing CRM databases, creating social media content, and participating in direct sales practices. You’ll develop a well-rounded skill set that not only introduces you to the fundamentals of real estate but equips you with the knowledge needed to excel as a successful real estate professional.

Key Learning Objectives :

  • Real Estate Contracts : Gain hands-on experience with drafting and managing various real estate contracts.
  • Marketing & Social Media : Develop content for social media, engage in paid ad setup, and explore reverse prospecting methods.
  • Sales & Client Engagement : Participate in prospecting, cold calling, open houses, and neighborhood farming.
  • Lead Generation & CRM Management : Utilize key tools (CRM, Canva, ChatGPT) to manage leads and engage potential clients.

No real estate license is required, and the program is structured for flexibility in scheduling, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.   • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Qualifications :

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
