Compensation : $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Lead the process of identifying and acquiring off-market and distressed properties, ensuring alignment with our investment goals.
- Collaborate with sellers and real estate agents to negotiate favorable terms that benefit our network of investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and property data to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure seamless property transactions and timely closings.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property disposition activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the disposition process, maintaining our commitment to integrity and transparency.
