General Summary :
The Real Estate and Facilities Manager is responsible for the real estate assets and leased properties for Goodwill South Central Wisconsin (GSCWI) and affiliate corporations' property to enhance Goodwill's mission. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement GSCWI strategic plan with the goal of identifying real estate opportunities and optimizing resources.
Supervisory responsibilities :
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports.
- Oversees the daily workflow of their department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Travel Required : 25%.
Required education and / or work experience :
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Professional certification is preferred
Five years in increasingly responsible multi-site business leadership is preferred
