Job Description :
We are representing a prestigious law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their Denver office. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of general real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, title examination, and home building. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of real estate experience and a strong academic background.
Responsibilities :
- Work on general real estate matters including leasing, acquisitions, and title examination.
- Provide legal support in home building transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage aspects of real estate transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide guidance on real estate-related matters.

Compensation & Benefits :
The salary range for this position reflects factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, geographic location, market demands, and business needs. The estimated salary range for this position is $212,500 – $262,500, with bonus eligibility.
