Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED required). Experience using SAP is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions accurately. Capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing workload. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically capable of performing standard warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and adherence to PPE requirements.

AP Professionals has partnered with a local manufacturer in search of a Receiving Specialist. The Receiving Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining production flow by coordinating the timely movement of inbound and outbound parts and materials throughout the manufacturing process. Serving as a central connection point, this position ensures seamless communication and material transfer between different stages of production.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and record raw materials in the ERP system.
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Prepare and distribute production kits and materials to assembly and test teams as needed.
- Process returned materials (RMAs) and support the Customer Service team with appropriate handling.
