Department Description : - Business Optimization & Redesign - We identify, drive and deliver business and consumer value to KP, our members, patients and the communities we serve.

We work with all aspects of KP to review and redesign KP to deliver faster and better outcomes in a way that reduces friction, empowers decision-making, simplifies, de-duplicates and automates our processes, and drives cycle time reduction so that KP stays affordable while driving even greater outcomes and value to our members, patients and the communities we serve.

Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

Bachelors degree required.

Additional Requirements :

Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications :

3 years of full-time, post-undergraduate work experience as of June 2025 (graduate school may count for up to 1 year of experience

3.0 GPA or above

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
