About Our Client : Our client is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling incoming calls and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with people.

Job Description : As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, managing office supplies, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and ensure the office is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Keep common areas, including the break room and reception desk, clean and organized.
  • Coordinate shipping and handle courier services as needed.
  • Monitor and replenish office and break room supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and setting up for meetings and events, including catering.
  • Provide support to the administrative and client relations teams with various projects.
  • Ensure that conference rooms are prepared for meetings and cleaned up afterward.
  • Manage the office calendar, booking rooms, and adding employee out-of-office times.
  • Oversee communication with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional Details :

  • This is a full-time position with standard office hours (Monday-Friday : 8 : 30am-5pm)
