Job descriptionGreet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression of the company. Sign for packages and ensure their proper distribution to the relevant department or team. Print shipping labels for outgoing packages (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. Provide administrative support as needed, including handling general office tasks. Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible and adaptable, able to take on additional duties as needed.
Lakeshore Talent is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide support to a well known organization in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will offer professional, friendly, and efficient service to both visitors and internal staff.
Location : DTC (near Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater)
Pay Rate : $20 - $23 per hour
- Schedule : Part-Time, 15 - 17 hours per week This position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to choose workdays (typically 5-6 hours a day, 3 days a week).
