Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist. 1–2 years of counter sales experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite . Hands-on experience creating social media content for business use. Background in marketing is a plus. RECEPTIONIST / MARKETING ASSISTANT
Aspen Personnel Service is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing company to find an outgoing, organized and creative individual to fill the role of R eceptionist / Marketing Assistant within their growing company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by answering product-related inquiries and processing purchases.
- Greet and assist callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, sharing updates and key projects.
- Design marketing materials, such as flyers, to support the sales team.
- Coordinate and oversee customer survey distribution.
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
- Keep the supply room, reception area, and conference room tidy and well-stocked.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
