Responsibilities

Center for Change in Cottonwood Heights, Utah is seeking a full-time , - hours / week, who enjoys working with a great team in a healthcare office setting.

Center for Change is a healthcare facility dedicated to helping women recover from Eating Disorders. The Center is respected for its programs, progressive outlook, and for its major contributions in research and treatment in the field of eating disorders.

Responsibilities :

We rely on our front office staff to provide a friendly and helpful interface with the Center's patients, their families, and the public who visit or contact the Center. Receptionists take incoming calls, assist providers with appointment scheduling, assist the admission team with coordination, and work with the billing department for payment collection and insurance coordination.

Wage :

Dependent upon experience; base wage is $. / hour

Qualifications

• Previous reception and secretarial experience
• Excellent PR skills and experience interacting with the public
• Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
• Experience with multiple-line phone systems
• Proficient with business software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite
