Key Responsibilities Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly work area Required Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) required A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanning machines Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
