About the job
The Recreation and Fitness Center (RFC) is looking for a Recreation and Fitness Program Coordinator (Early Career) to develop, organize, and implement a variety of programs within the areas of Personal Training, Group Exercise, Fitness and Wellness. Our team offers activities and programs to meet the emotional, physical and social well-being needs of SAS employees.
As a Recreation and Fitness Program Coordinator (Early Career), you will :
- Develop individual personal training programs.
- Teach aerobics / exercise classes as needed.
- Prepare advertisements, including newsletter updates and program announcements
- Assist, maintain and improve current Recreation and Fitness Center (RFC) employee programs.
- Advises participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate.
- Supervise facilities as necessary. Perform general office duties : answering phone calls, handling employee questions, assisting in facility preparation for specific activities, etc.
- Assist with the general maintenance of facilities. Maintain facility equipment as required.
