We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our pool management team. This is a paid internship. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the day-to-day operations of aquatic facilities, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and a desire to develop leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing pool operations, including water chemistry testing and facility maintenance.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and management efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patron inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and enforce pool rules.
- Participate in administrative tasks such as reporting, inventory monitoring, and event planning
