Lincoln Healthcare has partnered with a healthcare facility, in search of a Physical Therapist to join their team in Hereford, TX! We are looking for a physical therapist who evaluates, plans, and administers treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities. They will also supervise support staff, ensure accurate documentation, and actively participate in safety, training, and quality improvement programs to enhance patient and employee satisfaction.

Title : Physical Therapist
Locations : Hereford, TX
Credentials : TX Physical Therapy license, BCLS (CPR) certification
Compensation : $97K - $131K
Responsibilities :
- Oversees patient treatments and supervises licensed and certified staff.
- Evaluate patients and create individualized Plans of Care (POC).
- Provide therapy across all age groups and manage POC goals to ensure progress.
- Follows payor guidelines for accurate billing and maintains organized records.
- Works professionally with the care team, patients, and families to enhance outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and safe practices.
- Operates equipment properly and adheres to hospital safety policies.
- Assists with additional tasks and adapts to changing priorities.
- Maintains flexibility and professionalism under pressure.
- Fosters teamwork and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
- Requirements :
- Current State Physical Therapy Licensure, a graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree.
- Current BCLS (CPR) certification.
- Knowledge of physical medicine, physical agent modalities, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Knowledge of operation of physical agent modalities, precautions and contraindications, maintenance, and equipment safety.
