At our pediatric clinic in Madison, you'll help children build skills for life-while working alongside people who truly love what they do.

Expectations :

• Complete all documentation in a timely manner (point-of-service documentation).
• Evaluate clients to determine needs and complete evaluation notes for insurance / billing purposes
• Develop pediatric care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Notify the Lead PT when resources, evaluations, or protocols need to be ordered.
• Provide scheduled treatment to assigned patients, including all tasks necessary for effective care.
• Submit treatment charges before leaving the clinic each day.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Participate in community outreach and SpOT Clinic social media initiatives.
• Model and share The SpOT Clinic's positive culture and core values with families and the community.
• Promote open communication, accountability, and teamwork across the clinic.
• Support clinic leadership, including, but not limited to, the Lead PT, Clinic Manager, COO, CFO, and CEO.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
