Job descriptionConduct objective assessments of each referred patient's baseline level of self-care function, based on their treatment diagnosis. Identify functional needs and set appropriate treatment outcome goals. Develop and implement treatment programs aimed at achieving or making significant progress toward those outcome goals. Position Summary :
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating the functional needs of patients with physical disabilities, developing treatment goals, and implementing tailored therapy plans using a variety of occupational therapy techniques. This role involves providing care to patients of all ages, taking into account their developmental stage.
Must-Haves :
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (candidates may apply before graduation or licensure)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
