Job description
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs for 6-9 months.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across various teams
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and engage candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3 to 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house or in a hybrid environment
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
Experience using an applicant tracking system, with Greenhouse experience preferred
Ability to work independently while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity
