What you'll do :

• Sourcing and Recruiting : Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Job Postings : Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging descriptions
• Employer Branding : Promote the company's employer brand and values to potential candidates
• Offer Management : Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers, negotiating terms as needed
• Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting activities and metrics to the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Vendor Management : Develop and maintain relationships with various staffing agencies / organizations / partners
