Foley & Lardner is searching for a Legal Recruiting Intern who will play an integral role in supporting the Legal Recruiting team with the summer associate program efforts. The intern will have primary responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as running reports, entering summer associate assignments in the work allocation database, tracking event responses, and preparing nametags. The intern will also assist with special projects and event planning, as needed. This position may be located in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, or Washington, DC and the internship will run from May / early June to late July.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the firm’s Legal Recruiting team across multiple offices
- Assist with summer associate program initiatives
- Reserve conference rooms, create and distribute event invitations; track event RSVPs; prepare event nametags; help coordinate logistics for video conference or in-person meetings
- Help coordinate firm-sponsored social recruiting events as needed
- Assist with the national training programs for summer associates
- Input summer associate projects into the work allocation database
- Compile various reports as needed
- Collaborate on special projects as assigned throughout the summer
Qualifications
Pursuant to pay transparency laws the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $19-$23 dollars per hour.
