Legal Collections Specialist
LHH is assisting with a search for a Legal Collections Specialist in Kansas City, MO. We are looking someone with at least 2-3 years of strong background in legal collections experience and a working knowledge of 3E Software. This position will work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site / week) with pay starting at $60k annually and going up with experience. Read below for additional details!
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with delinquent accounts to collect overdue amounts or negotiate installment payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including contacts, attempted contacts, and payments collected.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to billing issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
