Location : Downtown Tampa (Monday - Friday in office)
Compensation : $40,000 - $80,000 (Base + OTE)

Recruitment is a fast-paced, high-pressured role that involves finding the perfect opportunities for your candidates and placing top talent into your clients’ companies.
You will learn how to :
- Source candidates - make direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct general candidate screening whilst updating all information on the database.
- Provide career consultancy to candidates - guiding them through the interview process
- Arrange and confirm candidate interviews as requested by clients - then managing the recruitment cycle from negotiation, offer and close
- Generate leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research
- Develop new client relationships and provide market insights
- Reference take to help qualify candidates
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met

- Previous experience with outbound sales – cold calling experience is preferred
