About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director of Recruitment to lead and inspire a team of Recruitment Managers across our key campuses. This pivotal role involves strategic planning and people leadership to achieve ambitious recruitment goals. Your expertise will help enhance our organization’s presence and impact in the educational sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing a culture of excellence within the recruitment team, ensuring all efforts are aligned with our core values. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing geographically dispersed teams. Your proven track record in recruitment, particularly in the education sector, coupled with your skills in coaching, relationship building, and cultural awareness, will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Building recruiter capacity and maximizing campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
