Job Title : Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the HR Department for a period of 3+ months. This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Enter information in Excel
- Scan and file documents
- Pull reports as needed
- Provide backend administrative support for HR requests
- Assist with scheduling
- Manage expense reports as needed
- Handle various other administrative duties as required

Work Environment
The work environment is an office / cubicle setting. The role reports to the HR Manager. The working hours are flexible, typically from Monday to Friday, 7am / 8am to 4pm / 5pm, totaling 8-hour days.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
