Job descriptionComplete intake screening including obtaining, documenting, and analyzing clinical and payer information. Acting as the contact telephone liaison interfacing with referral sources, outside agencies, health professionals and payer sources. Receives referrals, prepares reports and responses to inquiries. Clearly communicates clinical and payer information verbally and in writing. Healthcare experience verifying benefits / eligibility of medical benefits, preferred. Experience obtaining or processing pre-authorizations for medical services and / or procedures. Strong customer service skills. Must have effective prioritization and time management skills and familiar with Medical terminology and referral processing. Perfect candidate is someone that is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) or has a vast understanding of medical Terminology. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Currently, we are looking for an Intake Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the admissions process seamlessly.
