Key Responsibilities :

Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Ability to communicate effectively with customers tech support dispatch routing and management.

Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge

Technical / Mechanical Aptitude

Dispatch from your home to customer locations in order to repair residential home appliances

Process transactions related to the inhome repairs

• Collect payments issue receipts and electronically process repair records customer data and technical information via a companyissued tablet or laptop.

Job Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of direct appliance repair experience (No experience? Apply for our apprentice position!) High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver\'s License with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years old Proficiency with tablet-based technology Ability to safely lift 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 pounds occasionally without assistance Capability to perform strenuous work under varied conditions Flexible hours (no weekends) Complete set of standard industry tools (specific specialty tools are provided)
