What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Financial Planning and Analysis : Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the region.Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals with organizational objectives.
- Risk Management : Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.Stay updated on industry trends and changes that may impact financial performance.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Communicate financial results and insights to the executive team and relevant stakeholders.Drive transparency and accountability through clear and concise reporting mechanisms.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and liquidity.Implement strategies to improve cash conversion cycles and minimize financing costs.Work closely with business leadership to ensure profitability and cash objectives are aligned and achieved.
- Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing cross functional team providing mentorship and guidance.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional teamwork and manage outcomes through influence.
- Compliance and Auditing : Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.Stay abreast of changes in accounting principles and update financial policies accordingly.
