Job descriptionAn unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). Willingness to travel as needed to support patient care and team operations. One year of supervisory or DON experience in home health care Proven leadership and experience in health services administration Knowledge of home health care regulations, accreditation, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills Professional Development : Ongoing training, mentorship opportunities, and support for career development. Compensation : $90,-$, + quarterly bonus incentives Additional Earning Potential : On-call and field visits performed by the Director are compensated outside the salary to maximize earning potential Comprehensive Benefits : Enjoy three weeks of PTO and annual increases to four weeks after five quarterly bonuses based on individual and team for the future with our (k) Assistance Program (EAP), pet insurance, legal assistance, and employee referral , dental, vision, and HSA reimbursement or company vehicle (per company policy).Data plan reimbursement.

Your Role as a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director, RN :
- Strategic Branch Leadership & Business Partnering : Establishes a branch business plan and fosters the development and alignment of Internal and External Partners.
- Coaching & Team Development : Recruits, selects, and hires an effective, qualified, and diverse team. Provides coaching and development to maximize team effectiveness across the branch staff.
- Operational Excellence & Customer Experience : Coordinates efforts with business partners across the Region to deliver customer excellence, coordinate selling activities, reduce redundancy, and achieve market share, growth, and other key performance metrics.
