FIND WUNDER is looking for a Regional Manager located in or near the Twin Cities or Milwaukee areas supporting distributor alignments in the Midwest . Initial states of responsibility include MN, WI, IL and may include other states in the region as we expand.
Who You Are :
We are looking for a qualified Regional Manager (RM) to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You should enjoy / thrive in a start-up environment as we are in a rapid growth phase where being a self-starter is vital for success. As we scale the company there will be room for growth and room to take on additional responsibilities with success in this role. We are a small and dynamic team and finding the right cultural fit for our team is vital for our expansion plans this year.
The RM will be responsible for day-to-day on-the-ground sales and marketing operations in the Midwest Region . You will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships, establishing new accounts, promoting FIND WUNDER products, and being an ambassador of the brand. A successful RM will have attention to detail, a welcoming presence, and a passion for creating meaningful relationships illustrated by implementing strategic partnerships and retailer / consumer engagement initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our products as we expand our distribution footprint across the Midwestern Region . You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, work closely with our distributor to increase PODs and sales velocity within the market, build strong partnerships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to increase sales volume. You will drive our organizational structure in the region - Hiring / Advising / Leading / Managing a team of Brand and Market Ambassadors.
Job Responsibilities :
Consumer / Retail Trade Interaction - Building Ambassadors 15%
- Conduct / Manage On-Sale activations and events, Off Premise Samplings building Consumer Ambassadors
- Participate in new product launch events including profile tastings. The THC industry is meant to be fun!
- Attend industry events within the region, with a focus on retail partnerships in mind.
Market Work - Building Brands 30%
Corporate Account Development 10%
Wholesaler Management 20%
Administrative / Internal Management 25%
This role will be expected to have extensive travel - up to 70% as we are in a rapid growth phase

Compensation : Band Range 70k - 95K Salary + Bonus
