Overview
The Director will support CINQCARE’s business, relationships and products within the market by overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities. The role requires strong project management coordination and organizational skill. This Director ensures that clinical and business operations are efficient and aligned with the strategic goals and mission of the organization. This role collaborates closely with external partners, department leads, clinical operations staff and senior leadership. They should embody CINQCARE’s core values, including, Trusted , Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded . At CINQCARE, we don’t have patients or customers – we have Family Members.
Primary Responsibilities
The Director will have the following responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day market operations, ensuring that project tasks are completed in alignment with scalable business operational and financial goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to market teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure delivery of scalable solutions to deliver and monitor proper training and development opportunities for team members.
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication between market teams and other departments to drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on operational key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Use insights to make informed decisions that enhance market performance.
- Facilitate process improvements in collaboration with business operations and other internal departments.
- Assist in managing client deliverables by synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support market-level initiatives by coordinating their implementation and ensuring successful execution.
- Regularly engage with local communities, providers, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced within the market.
- Manage other duties as requested / required based on business needs.

Qualifications
The Director should have the following qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in healthcare, business operations, healthcare strategy or provider-based setting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include :
In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
